Language

We believe that learning through the basics at young age would help Children understand, communicate and interact better as they progress. Our program is inspired by Jolly Phonics, a multi-sensory method for Children to learn and acquire language in a highly motivating manner.

Sensory

Sensory play is vital in stimulating young Child’s senses , such as touch, smell, taste, sight and hearing. Children will learn to sort, compare, judge and process abstract ideas into coherent information. Through sensorial play, Children learn to distinguish and organize data collected which promotes development in powerful mind.

Programme

“ The most important period of life is not the age of university studies, but the first one, the period from birth to the age of six. For that is the time when man's intelligence itself, his greatest implement is being formed. But not only his intelligence; the full totality of his psychic powers… At no other age has the child a greater need of an intelligent help, and any obstacle that impedes his creative work will lessen the chance he has of achieving perfection. ”

Core Programme

Our approach is predominantly Montessori based. We provide learning experiences to nurture Children’s innate desire for knowledge, discovery and social interaction skills in a stimulating environment filled with positive encouragement and support from teachers.

Children will learn about how to acquire knowledge which is a platform to prepare them for future academic and social excellence, at the same time acquire leadership and independence qualities.

Mathematic and

Logical Thinking

Children will learn basic mathematical concepts through hands-on explorations. We embed concept of counting, sorting, patterning and problem solving in our activities and games which make learning interesting .

Art and Craft

In our environment, Children will gain hands-on experiences practicing with various art materials such as water color, crayon , foam, flour and more which promotes the development of a creative mind. Although it will get messy in some of the classes, nevertheless children will enjoy with great fun.

Physical Play

Physical play encourages development of gross motor skill and is perfect for Children to release their energy . Physical play covers a wide range of activities such as the traditional hop scotch to the modern soft gym and slide which has always been successful in attracting Children’s involvement. Through different varieties of physical play, Children will learn simple social skills such as queuing up and making negotiation.

Music and Movement

We encourage Children to express themselves freely and move confidently. In addition, we promote usage of different musical instrument to help create awareness in rhythm, tone, pitch , beat and volume, which we may discover hidden talents your child may possess.

Role Play

Role play is effective towards instilling imaginary mind of a child. Children will have fun role playing with their mate about various occupations such as doctors and pilots. Role play also has its hidden benefit  for Children to learn new vocabulary and to socialise with each other.

Practical Life Skills

Children will be given opportunity to practice and acquire practical skills such as eating on their own with spoon, put on their own clothes, carry out simple household chores (e.g. folding cloth) and handling simple child-friendly tools (e.g. peg, child-size scissors). This will help develop children to be independent and through attaining simple living skills, boost their self-confidence.
